Biography
On 4 October 2013, the Birsky District Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan reported that it found Radik Nurdinov guilty of Part 1 Article 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement to ethnic hatred) and sentenced him to a fine of more than 80 thousand rubles.
Nurdinov was accused of having published in March 2012 on the Internet an article "Tatar national idea and ideology" by Vil Mirzayanov, included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials (item 635), as well as calls to "grant privileges to certain groups of people united on the basis of nationality".
The defendant pleaded not guilty
