Biography
A resident of Vuktyl (Komi). A mother of many children, works as a cleaner. In September 2022, she was ordered to pay 10,000 rubles on a lawsuit filed by local deputy Idris Taibov: Ryabtseva criticised his initiative to replace the letter В with letter V on the stele with the name of the town (in Russian it is spelled Вуктыл). The deputy considered her words an insult and went to court.
In October 2024, it became known that a case was brought against Ryabtseva for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The court appointed her a preventive measure in

The reason for criminal prosecution was a comment in "VKontakte" in response to a user who claimed to have fought in Ukraine: "You kill children and civilians in a neighbouring country and consider yourselves saviours, but you are just ordinary cleaners. And you have to live with it all your life. And it makes no difference whether you kill with weapons or with words on the sofa".
On September 5, 2025, the court sentenced her to a fine of 150 thousand rubles.
