Rafael Mamedov

Resident of Polyarny (Murmansk region). Student of Murmansk Arctic University. On 16 May 2025, he was taken into custody on charges of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation. According to an acquaintance, the reason was that Mamedov administered the "Free Lapland" publick in Telegram with memes and history of the Murmansk region and mythology of this region. The Free Lapland movement was recognised as a terrorist organisation in January 2025, along with almost 70 other existing and non-existing associations.
