Ramil Yakupov

Resident of Perm, electrician. In October 2023, a case was opened against him for calls to terrorism and activities against the security of the Russian Federation. The reason was posts in which Yakupov, according to the investigation, called for the murder of "military commissars, state security and law enforcement officers," arson attacks on military recruitment centres, and also distributed instructions for making Molotov cocktails. He was detained in March 2024, but was released a day later on his own recognisance. On 13 September 2024, Yakupov was sentenced to ten years in a general regime colony
