In June 2024, the association was recognised as an extremist organisation. In July, King reported that the Ministry of Internal Affairs cancelled his Russian passport. In April 2025, it was reported that a case was opened against the Omsk resident who had left Russia for participation in the activities of an extremist organisation. The Association assumed that this was King, as the Investigative Committee press release referred to a man of the same age and publications made at the same time that King was reposting the movement's posts.
