Rishat Mudarisov

Resident of Yelabuga (Tatarstan). On 5 February 2024, taken into custody on charges of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation in connection with involvement in the activities of the Islamic party "Hizb ut-Tahrir". A number of human rights activists consider the recognition of the party as a terrorist organisation groundless, as the party was not involved in committing terrorist acts.
