According to the law enforcers' version, the author of the messages called for "violence against the authorities", and the administrator of the channel has the same messenger nickname as Stukov. On 2 September Stukov was detained as a suspect and sent to custody. According to unconfirmed reports, he was also charged with public justification of terrorism (part 2, Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code). Stukov was informed that the voice examination allegedly confirmed that it was he who had left the messages. Earlier Stukov was detained at one of the rallies.
