Roman Devitsyn

Resident of Rostov region, participant of the war in Chechnya, served in the police and worked as a massage therapist. He is sued for violation of privacy and distribution of intimate photos of others on the Internet. Has spoken out against the war on social networks. On 18 April 2024 he was arrested on charges of attempting to set fire to three relay cabinets. On 6 October 2025, Devitsyn was sentenced to 14 years in a strict regime colony.
