Roman Kvitkovskii

A resident of Kansk (Krasnoyarsk region). In October 2023, a case was opened against him and a fellow resident after they caused a disturbance in the Trinity Cathedral. Kvitkovskii was placed in custody and accused of offending the feelings of believers, hooliganism, and insulting a law enforcement officer. On February 12, 2024, he was sentenced to two years and three months in a settlement colony. Presumably, he was released in November 2025.
