Resident of Cherkessk. On 21 June 2023, he was fined one thousand rubles under the administrative article on demonstration of prohibited symbols (part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Administrative Code) because of "various obscene inscriptions", including "Glory to Ukraine!", written on the walls in the entrance hall of a residential building, and on 17 July - ten thousand rubles under the article on incitement to hatred (Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Code) because of inscriptions against Caucasians. Then a case was brought against him for repeated demonstration of banned symbols because of the nickname "Glory to Ukraine14" and statements

On 30 May 2024 Latoshin was sentenced to 400 hours of compulsory labour.
