Roman Matveev

The case was initiated based on a complaint about the publication of demotivators (pictures accompanied by satirical, humorous inscriptions) on a religious topic on a city forum. Matveev faced work-related issues as a result of the investigative actions. In February 2015, the case was dismissed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
