In November, the man received 80 hours of compulsory labour for a video in which the court found "a statement of superiority of a Caucasian woman over a typical Russian woman in terms of lifestyle (behaviour, upbringing)". In all three cases Shklover was convicted under the administrative article on humiliation of human dignity (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences).
In March 2024, Shklover was included in the list of "terrorists and extremists" of Rosfinmonitoring. In July, an asterisk appeared next to his name - this is how the list denotes people who have been criminally prosecuted under a terrorist article. Later it became known that a criminal case was opened against him for public justification of terrorism.
Shklover left Russia. On 21 October 2024, he was detained in Yerevan, but released the same night.
In February 2025, Shklover was summoned to the police station in Yerevan and Russian security forces came there and began to persuade him to surrender and come with them, promising that "everything would be fine with him." Shklover refused.
