Biography
A resident of the Rostov region and an anarchist, Shvedov, was fined 2,000 roubles on 29 September 2022 after being detained. He faced administrative charges for disobeying lawful orders from law enforcement officers (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code), accused of attempting to dispose of evidence during a search.
Subsequently, reports emerged that Shvedov was charged with intentional property damage (Article 167 of the Criminal Code), later reclassified as an act of terrorism. After his detention, a video was released showing a man with a blurred face confessing and expressing remorse. Shvedov was then placed in custody.
