Rosario Salvatore Aitala

Judge of the International Criminal Court. A case was brought against him for unlawful detention and attempted assault on an internationally protected person in connection with the prosecution of Putin and Maria Lvova-Belova, Commissioner for Children's Rights. On 12 December 2025, Aitala was sentenced in absentia to imprisonment.
