Biography
A resident of Makhachkala. On 12 March 2022, he was detained and taken into custody on 14 March on charges of participation in the activities of an extremist organisation due to his involvement in the "citizens of the USSR" movement. On 7 September 2023, Abdullayev was sentenced to two years and two months in a general regime colony and released in the courtroom due to having completed his sentence. The prosecutor's office appealed the sentence, considering it too lenient, while Abdullaev, unlike the vast majority of those accused of involvement in the "Makhachkala Executive Committee of the DASSR", was sentenced

On 30 November 2023, the appeal court added 6 months of restriction of liberty to the sentence.
