Ruslan Bolgov

A resident of the town of Liski (Voronezh Region). A case was brought against him for discrediting the Armed Forces of the RF. On 8 November 2023, Bolgov was sentenced to ten months of forced labour. On 5 March 2024, the appellate court overturned the sentence and returned the case for a new hearing. On 17 April 2024, Bolgov was sentenced to a fine of 110 thousand roubles.
