Ruslan Iliasov

Ruslan Iliasov is a resident of Kazan, father of 4 minor children. Detained on 16 June 2021, taken into custody on the case of organising activities of a terrorist organisation and involvement in terrorist activities. On 9 December 2022 he was sentenced to 19 years in a strict regime penal colony.
