Ruslan Karabalin

A resident of Vladivostok. A case was initiated against him for public incitement to terrorism due to his approval of the killing of the war correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky and public incitement "for a change of the regime and state power in the Russian Federation by inciting civil war or carrying out a military coup." On April 17, 2025, Karabalin was sentenced to six and a half year's imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
