Ruslan Kostylenkov

Ruslan Kostylenkov was detained on 15 March 2018. According to him, after the search, he was beaten and tortured with a bag and forced to incriminate himself on camera. The next day Kostylenkov was arrested.

On 6 August 2020, he was sentenced to seven years in a general regime colony. On 12 January 2021, the court of appeal reduced the sentence by three months.

Kostylenkov was released on 13 July 2023.
