Ruslan Rakhmatullin

Resident of Ufa. In April 2017, he was detained and then arrested in a case of involvement in a terrorist organisation in connection with alleged involvement in the activities of the Islamist party Hizb ut-Tahrir. On 21 February 2019, he was sentenced to 14 years in a strict regime penal colony.
