Biography
On 15 February 2020, Seidkuliev was detained in Adler. He was informed that he was put on a wanted list. He was in custody until 20 February, after which he was transferred to Saratov, where he lived until September 2019. The flat of Seidkuliev's parents was searched, after which he was again placed in custody. On 22 February, the court decided to place him under house arrest. On 2 October, the preventive measure was replaced with a ban on certain actions.

He was in custody until 20 February, after which he was transferred to Saratov, where he lived until September 2019. On 2 October, the preventive measure was replaced with a ban on certain actions.
On 20 May 2021, he was sentenced to two and a half years in a general regime colony and one year of restricted freedom. On 5 August, the court of appeal reduced the term of imprisonment by two months. On 7 April 2023, Seidkuliev was released. On 19 June, he was detained and sent to the Centre for Temporary Detention of Foreign Citizens. Earlier he was deprived of Russian citizenship at the initiative of the FSB because of the criminal case. In September 2023, Seidkuliev was deported to Turkmenistan.
Earlier, Seidkuliev and his wife were questioned as witnesses in the case of Jehovah's Witnesses in Saratov.
