Biography
A resident of Crimea, a plumber. On 5 February 2025, he was detained after a search. On the same day, he was placed in custody on charges of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation, namely the Islamic party "Hizb ut-Tahrir". The party aims to establish a worldwide caliphate and some of its members have made very radical statements about Israel since the Hamas attack of 7 October 2023. The party is banned in a number of States. Nevertheless, there is no evidence that any of its members were involved in the terrorist attacks. Experts consider the 2003 decision
