Ruzil Davletshin

On 14 October 2014, detained during a search and on 15 October arrested together with seven other people in connection with alleged involvement in the Islamist party "Hizb ut-Tahrir", which has no connections to terrorism. On 8 December 2017, he was sentenced to 18 and a half years in a strict regime penal colony.
