Co-founder of the Free Yakutia Foundation. Left Russia. In May 2025, it became known that the Ministry of Internal Affairs put her on the wanted list. On 4 June, she was included in the Rosfinmonitoring list with the marking that is put on the names of those prosecuted for terrorist articles.
The Free Yakutia Foundation was added to the "list of terrorists and extremists" twice. In July 2024, it was included there as a structural subdivision of the defunct "Anti-Russian Separatist Movement", and in February 2025, as a subdivision of the "Forum of Free States of Post-Russia". The Foundation has been on the register of "foreign agents" since June 2023.
On 18 August 2023, the Ministry of Justice included Kondakova in the register of "foreign agents". She was fined twice under protocols on non-enforcement of "foreign agent" legislation, twice more under protocols on discrediting the army and twice under protocols on participation in an "undesirable" organisation.
