A resident of the Primorsky Krai, producer of a humorous YouTube show about the fictional deputy Vitaly Nalivkin. In November 2021, a case was opened against him for hooliganism due to a video in which "Nalivkin" (Andrey Neretin) fires a grenade launcher at a bag containing explosives left at a bus stop, but misses and hits an advertising banner of the United Russia party. However, according to the show's director, Andrey Klochkov, the film crew chose a deserted location far from residential areas and observed safety precautions. On October 4, 2024, Vavilov was also charged with illegal manufacture of explosives by a group of persons. On December 26, 2025, he was sentenced to six years of probation.
