Serafima Selenskih

A resident of Nizhny Tagil. A case was brought against her for desecrating symbols of military glory by lighting a cigarette from the Eternal Flame. According to the investigation, she committed the crime on 22 June 2024. At the end of December 2024 the case went to court. On 29 January 2025 Selenskikh was sentenced to 360 hours of compulsory labour.
