Sergei Andreev

A resident of Moscow and a crane operator. On the night of 3 November 2023, he was detained and then taken into custody in connection with two attempted arsons of a military recruitment office. He was charged with committing a terrorist act, participating in the activities of a terrorist organisation, manufacturing and possessing explosives, and treason. He was sentenced on 14 November 2024, to 24 years in a strict-regime penal colony.
