Sergei Butnar

A resident of Melitopol (Ukraine), worked in the State Emergency Service. On 16 April 2022, he was kidnapped by unknown persons. Later it was reported that a case of espionage in Rostov region was opened against him. On 19 February 2024 Butnar was sentenced to 13 years in a strict regime colony.
