Resident of the Petrozavodsk city, author of the Telegram channel "War is cringe". On 17 September 2022, Drugov was searched. At that time, it was assumed that the case was initiated not only for the dissemination of disrespectful information about the days of military glory, but also for the dissemination of "fakes" about the Russian Armed Forces (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code), but this information was not confirmed. Two days later, Drugov was detained when he tried to leave Petrozavodsk. Drugov fully admitted guilt and applied for a special procedure of consideration of his case. The state prosecutor opposed Drugov's motion, referring to some materials about his state of health. The judge sided with the prosecution and ordered a general order of consideration of the case. On 25 July 2023, Drugov was sentenced to two years of compulsory labour and banned from administering internet resources for three years. In September 2024, the court decided to release Drugov on parole.
