Sergei Goncharov

He is a resident of the Luhansk region of Ukraine. A case of espionage was initiated against him: according to the investigation, he passed information about the location of the Russian military to the Ukrainian intelligence services. No later than November 2025, Goncharov was sentenced to 14 years in a strict regime colony.
