Sergei Lintsov

A resident of St. Petersburg. Allegedly, Lintsov served as the deputy chief doctor at the Leningrad Regional Oncological Dispensary and had ties to the Velikoe Otechestvo party (Great Fatherland party). He spent six years in the Russian army, reportedly resigning with difficulty in 2013.

Since September 2023, Lintsov has been in custody on charges of spreading deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces. On 27 September 2024, he was sentenced to four years in a general regime penal colony. However, on 21 January 2025, an appeal court extended his sentence by a year.
