Resident of Khabarovsk, journalist. Writes for Forbes and also runs several Telegram channels where he publishes regional news. He has also previously worked with Vedomosti, Kommersant and other publications. On 26 April 2024, he was searched, after which he was charged with spreading "fakes" about the Russian Armed Forces. The next day he was placed under house arrest. Mingazov was initially accused of spreading "fakes" with a hate motive. The court reclassified the charge to distribution of "fakes" without aggravating circumstances during sentencing. On 19 June 2025, on appeal, the court increased the fine to 2.5 million rubles and banned him from administering websites (for how long, it is not known). On 10 December 2025, the court of cassation instance cancelled the verdict and returned the case to the court of first instance.
