Sergei Taltykin

A resident of Aldan (Yakutia), a military man. A case was opened against him for calls to extremism, terrorism and activities against the security of the Russian Federation. According to the investigation, he published calls for "violent actions against Russian citizens" and for "providing moral and financial assistance to the AFU (Armed Forces of Ukraine)" in Telegram. In December 2024, the case went to court. On 29 January 2025, Taltykin was sentenced to two and a half years in a general regime colony. On 26 May 2025, on appeal, his sentence was increased to six years in a penal colony.
