Sergey Arbuzov (Burkevich)

A resident of Vologda. He was prosecuted for public justification of terrorism because of his comments about the explosion in the Arkhangelsk Department of the Federal Security Service.

According to local politician Sergei Guzhev, Arbuzov actively cooperated with the investigation, fully admitted his guilt and sincerely repented; he is a father-carer of two young children and also took an active part in helping orphans. Despite this, the court sentenced him to 5 years' imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony on 15 October 2020.
