A resident of Lipetsk. At the end of May 2015, a case was initiated against him for incitement to extremist activity due to a YouTube video that suggested joining the "Chapayev special forces". Lavrov was also charged with insulting a representative of the authorities. On 18 September 2015, Lavrov was admitted to a psychiatric hospital for a sanity examination. While Lavrov was in the hospital, an FSB investigator came to him and brought a resolution to initiation a case of incitement to extremist activity for reposting a publication by Kuban activist Darya Polyudova, which became one of the grounds for initiating a case against her of incitement to extremist activity. On 29 September 2016, Lavrov got a one-year suspended sentence and amnestied.
On 5 June 2019, Lavrov was detained in a new criminal case of incitement to terrorist activity. He was placed under house arrest. On 29 May 2020, Lavrov was sentenced to five years in a general regime colony. Presumably, he was released in the autumn of 2024.
