Sergey Loginov

February 15, 2019 he was detained after a home search. His lawyer said that Loginov was tortured in the building of the Investigative Committee in Surgut. He was released but then detained again and forced to sign a statement that no one had tortured him. On February 17 Loginov was taken into custody by court decision on charges of participation in an extremist organization. On April 11 Loginov was released from custody and given a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions. On November 15, 2021 the preventive measure was changed to a recognizance not to leave. On December 5, 2023, he was sentenced to seven years of suspended sentence.
