Sergey Nosov

A resident of Orel. A case was started against him for spreading deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces. In September 2022, Nosov's apartment was searched as part of the investigation over a case of "false information" brought against politician Ilya Ponomarev. After that, he left Russia.
