Sergey Reznikov

On 29 January 2013, he was detained by the criminal investigation officers. According to the protocol, packages with cocaine were found in the pocket of his jacket. Reznikov claims that they were planted on him along with a phone that had the numbers of members of a criminal group that stole car licence plates. A criminal case was opened. From 30 to 31 January, he was in custody. Afterwards, the criminal case was terminated, but on 1 February it was reopened. On 9 April, the recognisance not to leave was taken from him. On 1 September 2016, the case came to court, and on 15 September it was returned to the prosecutor's office. On 16 November, the second instance court cancelled the decision to return the case to the prosecutor's office, and the case was again submitted to the court. On 6 April 2017, Reznikov was sentenced to three years in an ordinary regiment colony, although the prosecutor requested a suspended sentence. On 20 November 2018, Reznikov was released.
