Biography
A resident of Rybinsk, a city situated along the Volga River, appeared in a video broadcasted by the "First Yaroslavsky" TV channel. In the video, the man, who stutters, confesses that on June 4, 2023, after watching a video supporting Alexei Navalny, he wrote messages such as "no war" and "freedom to political prisoners." The accompanying photo shows the inscription "Putin is a murderer," which was apparently mentioned by another young man in a separate video. Streknev was then apprehended and later transferred to Moscow.
On 15 February 2024, a court in Rybinsk sentenced him to three and a half years

On 15 February 2024, a court in Rybinsk sentenced him to three and a half years in a general regime penal colony. The charge was reclassified from participation in the activities of an extremist organization to participation in the activities of an extremist community (part 2 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code).
