Sergio Gerardo Ugalde Godinez

A judge of the International Criminal Court. He was prosecuted for unlawful detention and attempted assault on an internationally protected person in connection with the prosecution of Putin and Maria Lvova-Belova, Commissioner for Children's Rights. On 12 December 2025, Godinez was sentenced in absentia to imprisonment.
