A resident of Nizhny Tagil. In July 2025, the court sentenced him to three years in a general regime colony in the case of justification of terrorism. According to the investigation, in January-February 2024, on the instructions of a handler with whom he communicated on social networks, Vasilyan put inscriptions justifying terrorism on several houses.
