On 3 March 2013, the press service of the FSS for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region reported that ten people were detained in St. Petersburg as part of the investigation of a case under part 1 of article 282.2 (organisation of activities of an extremist organisation) on suspicion of involvement in the activities of the banned organisation "Nurdzhular".
