In March 2021, a case was initiated over the dismantling of "disabled" signs in Timashevsk (Krasnodar Krai). Andreev was also accused of insulting bailiffs. On 7 August 2021, he was taken into custody. Since 27 August, he complained about the lack of medical care. On 23 September he was admitted to hospital. On 27 June 2022 Andreev was released, but on 2 November he was again taken into custody - the judge considered that he violated the order of the court hearing. On 16 November 2022 Andreev was sentenced to two and a half years in an open prison and a fine of 40 thousand rubles. On 6 April 2023, the court of appeal instance released Andreev from paying the fine due to the expiration of the statute of limitations under the article on insulting representatives of the authorities. On the same day Andreev was released from prison.
