Biography
Detained as a result of a raid on a cafe in Khabarovsk on 10 November 2018. On November 12, he was taken into custody by court order on charges of organising the activities of an extremist organisation. In March 2019, he was placed under house arrest. In February 2020, he was released from house arrest. On 3 August, the case was returned to the prosecutor's office. On 20 June 2024, Kim was sentenced to eight years and two months in a general regime penal colony. On 10 October 2024, the court of appeal reduced the sentence by one year and

On 20 June 2024, Kim was sentenced to eight years and two months in a general regime penal colony. On 10 October 2024, the court of appeal reduced the sentence by one year and replaced the actual punishment with a suspended sentence.
In May 2019, he was also charged with participation in the activities of an extremist organisation. In this case, on 4 February 2020, he was sentenced to a two years suspended.
