A resident of Altai Krai. An aide to Liudmila Kliushnikova, a deputy of the regional legislative assembly representing the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF). On November 14, 2025, searches were carried out at Kerber’s home and at the CPRF office. Kerber was detained and charged with fraud related to her work as an aide: according to investigators, she received payments without performing her duties.
