Biography
A resident of the Kursk region. According to the project "Political Prisoners. Memorial", since the summer of 2022 she has been donating money to the organisation Volunteers.Tbilisi. In early 2025, she met with her partner, a Ukrainian citizen, in France. In May 2025, she was detained "in order to establish the circumstances of possible illegal activities of persons involved in the financing of terrorism", after which she was arrested for 12 days under the administrative article on disobedience to the lawful demands of the Federal Security Service Directorate officers (part 4 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences).

While serving the administrative arrest, she was taken from the detention centre to her home, where she was tortured with a taser. The correspondence with volunteer Aleksei Lebedev, who was in Tbilisi, was recovered on her phone, which later became a part of the criminal case. In addition, images of swastikas and the emblem of the Azov battalion, which had not been there before, appeared in Tolkacheva's phone. On 27 May 2025, she was released from the detention centre. She was placed under surveillance. On 25 December 2025, she was detained and then taken into custody on charges of high treason.
