A resident of Khabarovsk. She was reported to be a member of a movement in support of former Khabarovsk Krai governor Sergey Furgal, but the Furgal's Headquarters telegram channel wrote that "none of the activists of the movement" had identified her. Lawyer Kaloy Akhilgov told Sever.Realii that the persecuted woman had transferred 2,500 rubles in small sums to several Ukrainian charities. The woman was detained in Khabarovsk and taken to Moscow, where she was placed in custody. On 4 October 2023, a court in Khabarovsk sentenced Parshina to eight years in a general regime colony.
