On 30 March 2022, the court, when re-examining the case, released Galkievich on her own recognisance and again returned the case to the prosecutor's office. The case was considered jointly with the case of theft of gold items, cans of caviar and alcohol, in which Galkevich is tried not only with Valentina Vladimirova, who is also accused of participation in the activities of an extremist organisation, but also with Aleksei Vladimirov. We do not have any information giving grounds to recognise these charges as politically motivated. In April 2023, the case of Vladimirova and Galkevich, now only under the article on the activities of an extremist organisation, was transferred to another court. On 14 February 2024, Galkevich received a two years suspended sentence.
