Tatiana Kabulina

Detained on 23rd September 2021 as part of the case of blocking roads in connection with the action on 23rd January 2021 in Bryansk in support of Alexei Navalny. The next day Kabulina was released, the measure of restraint was unknown. The charge was reclassified to a more serious one - about rendering transport means or ways of communication inoperable, causing by negligence serious harm to human health or causing major damage. On 26th May 2022, Kabulina was sentenced to a year in a general regime colony and was taken into custody in the courtroom. In addition, the court ordered Kabulina to pay 1.23 million rubles on the claim of the Interior Ministry and about 19 thousand rubles on the claim of the Rosgvardia. On August 19, the court of appeal reclassified the charge back to disabling communication routes without severe consequences. The court replaced the imprisonment with a fine of 250 thousand rubles and, taking into account the time Kabulina spent in custody, reduced the amount to 100 thousand rubles. The paragraph on damages was excluded from the sentence.
