On 31 May 2012, she was charged with participation in the activities of a public or religious association against which a court decision to liquidate due to extremist activities had entered into force; on 11 December, the court ruled that the charge was unlawful; however, even before that, in November, the investigation had re-filed the same charge; on 29 July 2014, she was acquitted by the court; on 12 December, the Rostov Regional Court overturned the decision of the Taganrog court and sent the case for a new hearing; on 22 January 2015, new hearings began.
